What Customer Service Advisor will be doing:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

  • Keeping CRM and housing systems up to date
  • Assisting residents with rent payments and account queries
  • Liaising with different teams to improve service delivery
  • Supporting community engagement activities
  • Handling difficult situations professionally and calmly
