Day-to-day of the role:- Work as part of a dedicated complaints resource team to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for customers.
- Investigate complaints and member enquiries, providing timely responses that offer full explanations and, wherever possible, resolutions for customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve issues effectively.
- Document and update complaint data and customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a complaints handling or customer resolution environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
