We are seeking two compassionate and friendly Customer Solutions Coordinators to join our team in Croydon. If you are passionate about making a difference and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work as part of a dedicated complaints resource team to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for customers.
  • Investigate complaints and member enquiries, providing timely responses that offer full explanations and, wherever possible, resolutions for customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Document and update complaint data and customer interactions in the system accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a complaints handling or customer resolution environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
  • Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
