The position available is for a Service Advisor at a reputable Car Dealership in the Croydon area.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Advisor position, with a focus on customer service and upselling.
The salary for this role is a competitive basic of up to £33,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of around £44,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a Saturday shift every third week.

Service Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis.
Salary: Competitive basic salary of up to £33,000 p.a., depending on experience.
Bonus: Uncapped bonus opportunities on upselling, offering an OTE of up to £44,000 p.a.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Croydon area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
