Trade Counter Sales - Builders Merchants
Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Trade Counter Salesperson to join their well-established client in Croydon, This is a full-time role, the successful candidate will join on a permanent basis.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 06:30 to 16:00
Alternate (1 on 1 off) Saturdays 06:30 to 11:00
This Role Involves:
- account managing customers
- contacting lapsed and new clients to win new business and bring back ex customers
- responding to emails and taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers
- liaising with suppliers
- providing quotes
- helping customers on the trade counter
- providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
- keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
- processing orders
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- computer literate
- confident dealing with customers over phone, email and face to face
- brilliant customer service skills
- understanding of profits & margins
- fluent English speaking, reading & writing
- willing to learn new skills
- living in a commutable distance to Croydon
