Early Years Practitioner
- Annual Salary: £21,000-28,000 per annum or paid hourly if part-time

Join our team as an Early Years Practitioner and play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Encouraging children’s development through play and teaching
- Creating a secure environment using imagination to help children learn
- Working with parents to support their children
- Monitoring progress and planning educational activities and games
- Having knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Having good knowledge of the 7 areas of development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 CACHE Childcare qualification
- Minimum of 1 year working within Early Years
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities
- Patience, empathy, and ability to work well as part of a team
