£60,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday

On offer is the opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding building design consultancy who provide specialist solutions to high profile clients in the commercial, retail, residential and leisure industries. They have only started trading in the last 5 years but have already established themselves as an exciting prospect in the London market.
In this hybrid role, you will work on a variety of building services projects across London, managing them from concept through to completion. You will oversee HVAC / Electrical design calculations, working on various projects from office fit-outs to commercial refurbishments. You will also be responsible for reporting, surveying and providing ad-hoc technical advice.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer with a Design background or similar who has experience working within a consultancy or building services company, looking for clear routes to progress within a forward-thinking company who work on a variety of exciting commercial projects.The Role:
- Work on a variety of building services projects across London
- Manage projects from concept to design and construction, to handover
- HVAC design calculations, design, and specification of renewable technologies
- Monday to Friday, hybrid role (37.5 hour week), Flexitime
The Person:
- Electrical Design Engineer or similar
- Background in Building Services, FM or Consultancy
- Commutable to Croydon - happy to travel into London
