Day to Day of the Graduate Electronics Engineer role:

  • Participate in a structured two-year programme, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical design, 3D modelling, electronic design, application programming, embedded firmware, product testing and development, and production automation.
  • Engage with the technical and commercial aspects of purchasing, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Manage projects and people, developing leadership skills and project management experience.
  • Work within a rotational programme to explore different engineering specialisms and identify your strengths.
  • Collaborate with an established team of design engineers and receive support from senior management.
  • Contribute creatively to problem-solving, idea generation, and embrace learning from failures as part of the path to success.
