Senior Electronics Engineer - Motorsport Division
Join our client, a leader in Motorsport, are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer. This permanent role which requires regular travel to F1 race weekends around the world! You will support on vehicle camera systems, including fault finding at the component level and using CAN Bus tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop Onboard Camera (OBC) systems for Formula One cars.
  • Service electronic, Electrical and mechanical components between races on site in South London.
  • Install OBC systems, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Assist with fault finding and repairs during races for high-quality TV output.
  • Manage OBC stock levels.
  • Guide and support OBC technicians and engineers.
  • Participate in pre-season camera system testing.
  • Maintain detailed records of component history and faults.
  • Engage in OBC development projects.
  • Set up and dismantle the OBC workshop at events.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant electronic engineering qualifications.
  • Proven experience in electronics engineering.
  • Knowledge of PCB design and RF transmissions.
  • Attention to detail in assembly and application.
  • Soldering and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
