We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing recruitment company in the Croydon area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and excels in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient sourcing process.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels and methods.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and shortlist candidates for further assessment.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand position requirements and the qualities of ideal candidates.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling interviews, coordinating interview days, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  • Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to network with potential candidates.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the full recruiting cycle and talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and ethical approach to recruitment.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
