As an Account Handler, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Providing clear and accurate product information.
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to sales conversion and client retention.
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of two years' experience in Account Handling within the insurance industry (commercial experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with Acturis systems (desirable).
