Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to ensure they meet their academic targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the broader school community and uphold the values of the academy.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, qualified educator with a proven track record of teaching at primary level.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) valid in England.
• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent.
• Experience teaching the National Curriculum to Year 4 level.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in an academy or similar setting.
• Familiarity with Croydon and its educational landscape.
