Sonic Summary

One of our largest property services clients is seeking experienced Multi Tradesmen to join their team in the social housing sector.
Candidates should ideally have NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in carpentry or plumbing, and the ability to perform two or more trades.
A clean driving license is required, and social housing experience is desirable.
The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the roles are located in Croydon or Lambeth.

One of our largest property services client have won additional contracts and are now looking for experienced Multi Tradesman to join their rapidly growing team working within the social housing sector.

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds qualified in carpentry or plumbing (Desirable)
Ability to carry out two or more trades having carpentry or plumbing
Clean Driving Licence
Social Housing Experience (Desirable)

Job Information:

Pay: £20 per hour
Locations: Croydon or Lambeth

Hours: 8:00 – 17:00
