An experienced Warranty Administrator
Duties include;
- Following the claims process
- Ensure claims are processed on time
- Advise on none conformaty
- Tracking payment process
- Ensure correct storage process,
- Advise on service write up, and customer service.
- Must have Kerridge Experience, computer literate a must
We require a warranty administrator at our clients central warranty department in Croydon, this role will be suitable for someone starting out in the trade or a service advisor looking for a new challenge.
The role will be across all our 4 Motor Vehicle Manufactures brands . Full training will be given.
They will be responsible for the day to day invoicing of warranty and ensuring that all work meets the manufactures warranty standards also Verifying warranty invoices against SBI payments.
Mon-Fri 8.00- 5.30
Basic salary 25k-30k Pa + 1k Pa attendance bonus depending on experience.
