What will you get up to?
- Oversees every stage of the guests journey from booking process to time spent within the
space, ensuring the guests have a great experience at every step. - To ensure the standard of service and guest experience is being delivered by the whole team.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Manage all aspects of the gaming service within the premises in order to anticipate and
exceed guest expectations.
