Sonic Summary

The company is seeking a Regional HR/ER Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across their sites.
Candidates should have experience in end-to-end complex employee relations (ER) case management and be able to work autonomously.
The role involves responsibilities such as supporting change management projects, relationship building, and employee engagement.
A driving license and the ability to travel to various sites are required for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment.

The role: They have a need for a Regional HR/ER Advisor to support their sites with all aspect of HR . This is a great role for a person with ER experience, who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress very quickly. Your duties would include

Key responsibilities

End to end ER support including complex ones via phone, email and face to face
Supporting change management projects
Prioritising workload
Relationship building
Employee engagement / staff retention
Supporting a business going through change
Travel to sites when needed
General HR reporting

We are looking for someone who is a proven relationship builder, a good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely)

Skills & qualifications

End to end complex ER case management
Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
Driving licence and car / able to travel
