Sonic Summary

The company is seeking a Regional HR/ER Advisor to provide comprehensive employee relations support for their sites, primarily working from home with occasional site visits.
This role is suitable for candidates with ER experience who are looking to further develop their skills in an autonomous position.
The contract is for 9 months, starting in April 2025, and requires a proven relationship builder with strong communication skills.
Candidates should have experience in complex ER case management and be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize their workload in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a preference for candidates having at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilitiesinclude

Provide end to end employee relations support including complex and 'day to daycases - via phone, teams, email and face to face
Supporting change management projects
TUPE support
Relationship building
Employee engagement / staff retention
Travel to sites when needed
General HR reporting

We are looking for someone who is a proven relationship builder, a good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely)

Skills & qualifications

Volume end to end complexER case management
Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
Driving licence and car/ able to travel
