Key responsibilitiesinclude
- Provide end to end employee relations support including complex and 'day to daycases - via phone, teams, email and face to face
- Supporting change management projects
- TUPE support
- Relationship building
- Employee engagement / staff retention
- Travel to sites when needed
- General HR reporting
We are looking for someone who is a proven relationship builder, a good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely)
Skills & qualifications
- Volume end to end complexER case management
- Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
- Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
- Driving licence and car/ able to travel
