Are you a Production Supervisor or similar with any Mechanical Assembly experience, looking for an exciting new role offering a 4 day week, great benefits package and training to progress your career further?

The company specialise in manufacturing high end detector products, supplying into the nuclear, defence and aerospace industries. With continued growth, an opportunity arises for a Production Supervisor to join the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring KPIs are hit and contributing to the continuing improvement of all production processes. Further training in quality and LEAN principles will be provided to enable your success.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a stable 4-day-week role with continued training and progression.
The Role:
- Supervising a team in the production department
- Ensuring production targets are achieved, while overseeing quality
- Client / supplier liason
- 4 Day Week - Monday to Thursday - 37.5 hours
