Our client is looking for a Conveyancer to work in their Croydon office. Our client is a highly regarded firm that has a well-established reputation across varying sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing an engaging caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
The role requires sound technical expertise across all aspects of conveyancing and the undertaking of fee-earning work across predominantly residential (both freehold and leasehold) matters. You will manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion. Conducted legal research and provided expert advice on conveyancing matters. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements and liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
