Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our growing Croydon office. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of immigration law, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of immigration matters. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in dealing with a wide range of immigration issues, from visa applications to appeals and tribunal hearings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in all types of immigration matters, including visa applications, work permits, indefinite leave to remain, citizenship, and appeals.
- Provide tailored advice on immigration law and policy to individuals, businesses, and other entities.
- Prepare and submit applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with immigration rules and deadlines.
- Represent clients at immigration tribunals, hearings, and in judicial review proceedings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration law changes and provide clients with proactive advice.
- Handle caseload efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to legal deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, immigration officers, and third-party agencies in a professional and clear manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
