- Managing a varied caseload of Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims, Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential), TLATA claims and Contractual disputes
- Advising clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including pre-action strategy, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategy and development.
- Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials, as well as liaising with counsel and experts when necessary.
- Keeping clients informed throughout the litigation process and providing clear, practical advice on case progression.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of litigation and dispute resolution law.
- Qualified Solicitor (2 years’ PQE plus ) with experience in general litigation
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including court rules and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
