- Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer (2 years + pqe)

- Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases: Handling the entire process of buying and selling properties, including drafting contracts, managing negotiations, and ensuring smooth completions.
- Transfers of Equity: Managing the legal aspects of transferring property ownership between parties, often in cases of divorce, separation, or financial restructuring.
- Re-mortgages: Handling the legal process when clients wish to refinance their property, ensuring that all lender requirements are met.
- New Build Transactions: Managing purchases of new build properties, including dealing with developers, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with Help to Buy schemes where applicable.
- Shared Ownership: Navigating the complexities of shared ownership schemes, including initial purchases and subsequent staircasing transactions.
- Lease Extensions and Enfranchisements: Advising and assisting clients with extending leases or purchasing the freehold of their property.
- First Registrations: Handling the registration of unregistered land with the Land Registry, often encountered with older properties.
- Buy-to-Let and Investment Properties: Advising landlords and investors on the purchase and management of rental properties, including compliance with legal requirements.
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle your own caseload independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
