Japanese Speaking Office Assistant - What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive support for insurance operations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage incoming mail and email logs
- Maintain invoice and billing records
- Prepare, send, and scan documents
- Acquire underwriting knowledge and perform swift insurance assessments
Japanese Speaking Office Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Professional fluency in Japanese and business-level English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numbers and documentation
- Previous working experience in Japan, preferably in insurance, medical, or administrative roles
- Excellent multitasking and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Willingness to adapt to detailed work involving numbers and foreign languages
