We're working with with a Housing Association based in South London who are searching for 2 new colleagues to join their team, initially on a Fixed Term Contract to then move into a permanent role.
This social housing provider own and manage a portfolio of general, social and assisted living properties, as well as care homes; and need further support with the facilities and operational management of them. Currently there are two opportunities to join their team - one focusing on the Residential Housing team, and another on the Private Finance Initiative's (PFI's)/ Financial Contracts.

Facilities Manager / Operations Manager - PFI
- Good project management experience
