We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a great client of ours, to support the directors and team members with essential administrative duties in a structured, task-focused office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in supporting a busy office and has a keen eye for detail, especially in managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist directors with a variety of administrative duties, providing general day-to-day support as needed.
  • Handle billing enquiries by coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff, managing tasks such as document preparation, file organisation, and updating records.
  • Organise the logistics of delivering and collecting customer equipment, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with relevant parties.
  • Assist with a variety of enquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal staff, helping to resolve issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member when needed, with a focus on clear communication and follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise professionally and efficiently with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Flexibility to assist in additional roles or tasks as needed during busy periods to help maintain smooth operations.
  • An eye for detail, especially in managing enquiries, renewal tasks, and data accuracy.
  • Previous experience in IT-related administration is desirable, providing familiarity with broadband, billing, and technical terminology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other standard office tools for data entry and record-keeping tasks.
