Reed Education is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS1Â Class Teacher to join our vibrant and multicultural community located in the heart of Croydon. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to love learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Regularly assess and record students' progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school's community spirit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
