Working Hours: 11am - 2pm (Daily)
Role Overview: As a Lunchtime Supervisor / Midday Meals Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and organized lunchtime experience for our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Promote positive behavior and assist in the resolution of minor conflicts.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and adherence to school policies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive lunchtime routine.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
