JOB TITLE: Paid Social ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Account Management team, and client teams, to understand our clients' strategic marketing goals and effectively translate them into social media strategies and content plans for campaigns, within available budget and resources.
  • Model and analyse campaign options to identify most appropriate campaign activity and recommend plans.
  • Create and implement high-quality social ads that drive engagement and generate desired marketing outcomes (click-throughs, downloads, sign-ups, quality leads, etc.) based on a strong understanding of the target audiences, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy across all client campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets & spends across all platforms, recommending adjustments where needed.
  • Optimise live campaigns and ensure smooth running of paid social activity.
  • Deliver accurate & insightful tracking and regular campaign analysis reports for client and/or internal agency use. This could include a broad range of requirements from campaign performance to content audits, competitor analysis, brand research etc.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business to improve the agency's competitiveness, as and when required.
  • Identify reliable independent sources of industry insight and regular benchmarks for social media performance; support clients and colleagues with training, briefings and 'how to' guidance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related industry experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience creating and managing paid social campaigns across social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn, as well as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and X/Twitter)
  • In-depth knowledge of best practice on each platform and the proven ability to keep up-to-date with changes
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, the Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio etc for analysis and reporting
