About the role of Technical Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced Design/ Technical Coordinator to work for one of the UKs most prestigious residential developers on a major new build scheme in South London which is set to deliver circa 1000 residential units split over numerous phases ranging from 6-25 storeys.
This role will be initially office based during demolition stage before going to a site based role later this year.
Requirements for the Technical Coordinator role
- Experience working in a Design/ Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer or experienced Architects working with in practice.
- Experience working on large residential projects
- Experience with RC frame projects
