The role involves working on decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, and various other construction works.
Candidates should have at least 1+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably in main contracting.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £37,500, along with a travel/car allowance.
The successful candidate will be part of a large commercial team and report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for an established Main Contractor. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on refurbishment projects across South London. Works will include decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, replacement bathrooms and windows, roofing repairs and various other works. Quantity Surveyors will be working as part of a large commercial function, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Assistant Quantity Surveyors with experience in main contracting is beneficial. Ideally wed be looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1+ years post graduate experience who wants to join a long standing reputable main contractor working for one of the most successful divisions within the company group.

Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be based in Croydon in South London.
