Sales Manager, permanent full-time ,

Core responsibilities.
- Develop sales and marketing of service packages and spare parts in UK
- Work within the team to formulate, drive, and manage the development and execution of our clients and marine Sales Strategy to attract and expand new and existing business.
- Maintain and build strategic alliances with key end users
- Review and prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial enquiries to secure a sustainable growth in sales.
- Provide technical support to new and existing
- Prepare and participate in our client’s product presentations to customers and at
- Review and report on market requirements and development.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK rail
- Excellent understanding of mechanical rail components; electrical systems knowledge would also be an advantage.
- Good experience of key account manages and/or business development.
- Proven personal organizational skills and project/bid planning skills.
- Developed clients contacts in the rail
- Able to create a healthy pipeline and deliver sales orders.
- Able to prepare commercial offers with the support of the organization, engineering, procurement, etc.
- Good grasp of commercial and contract
- Able to work on his/her own and contribute the team goals.
Professional Experience & Education
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent such as HNC
- Proven experience of proactive approach to produce new business opportunities.
- >5 years of experience in Sales in the UK rail sector is essential. Marine industry experience would be beneficial.
- Strong contacts in the UK rail industry
- Able to produce Sales KPIs
- Good presentation skills Ability to work under own
- Excellent communication skills
New Employees must pass a Drugs and Alcohol related Medical upon starting within the Company.

- Company Vehicle
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30am to 16:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 15:30pm a 36.5-hour working week.
- £45k – £55k (dependent on experience)
