We are seeking a motivated and passionate History Teacher to join our dynamic and established faculty in a secondary school located in Croydon, Outer London. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5. As a History Teacher, you will help shape the department’s journey toward excellence. You will be expected to inspire and challenge students while maintaining high standards of achievement across all key stages. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging History lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5,
• Motivate students to achieve their academic potential and develop critical thinking
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods
• Contribute to the leadership of the History department as it progresses towards excellence, with the potential for TLR 2a responsibility

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

• A qualified History teacher (QTS required)
• A proven track record of raising achievement and inspiring students to achieve their best
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to ensuring all students succeed
• Experience leading or supporting a department is advantageous but not essential
• The ability to contribute to a supportive and positive team environmen
