We have an exciting new opportunity for a Store Manager to join a brand new womenswear boutique opening in Croydon.! This is a perfect opportunity for an Assistant Manager looking for their next step or a current Store Manger wanting a new challenge. As the leader of the store, you will possess strong coaching abilities, product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, have great attention to detail and lead by example.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Being a strong brand ambassador
  • Responsible for maximising sales and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
  • Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
  • Lead by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performance
  • Managing store performance and taking action where needed
  • Minimising avoidable costs and risks in store
  • HR and recruitment
  • Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
  • Creating a positive and friendly working environment
  • Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines and marketing campaigns
  • Responsible person for in store health and safety
