The Role - Youth Worker

This Youth Worker role is to work within an SEMH school with pupils aged 7 to 16. The Youth Worker will work on a full time basis until the end of the academic year, with view to go permanent. The Youth Worker will be required to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills. Youth Worker applicants must have previous experience supporting learners with social, emotional and mental health.

The School - SEMH School, Croydon

This SEN school is an all through specialist provision for pupils aged 7-16 with social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH). The school provide personalised learning within safe, nurturing and stimulating environments for 96 pupils. As a new setting the school are not yet inspected by Ofsted but feel they are on the right path to success.
