Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Croydon, supporting students aged 11-19 with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and complex needs.

School Type: SEN School (Ages 11-19)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary : £85 to £95 per day PAYE
Hours : 9am-3:30pm

About the Role:
  • Support students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs in both group and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist in delivering engaging, personalized learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide support with personal care and physical needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to help students reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in working with children or young adults with SEN (preferred but not essential – training provided).
  • A caring, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to support students with personal care tasks if required.
