Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Croydon, helping students aged 11-19 with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and complex needs.
Your Role:- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with ASD, PMLD, and complex needs.
- Help deliver personalized, engaging learning experiences.
- Assist with personal care and physical needs in a safe environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student progress.
- Experience working with SEN students is helpful but not required (training provided).
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to assist with personal care tasks if needed.
- Make a real impact in the lives of students.
