SEN Teaching Assistant – Croydon

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:
- Supporting students with SEN, including SEMH, to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Collaborating with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
- Assisting students with daily classroom activities and providing tailored support.
Requirements:
- Experience in an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with students.
