  • Experience of leading in a primary school on SEN and Inclusion
    • Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and medical needs
    • Experience of working in Upper/Middle Leadership
    • The ability to oversee and coordinate the work of the SEN teaching team
    • Proven classroom ability and practice
    • Experience of and a sound understanding of how assessment is used to support learning for SEN pupils
    • A good knowledge of strategies for supporting an ethos of positive behaviour management
