Day-to-day of the role:
- Planning and delivering lessons to a diverse class of learners
- Managing challenging behaviours effectively
- Utilising enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage students
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good quality of written and verbal communication
- Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.)
- Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
- Experience working with special educational needs
- Enthusiastic and nurturing attitude
