Role Overview: As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses (Band 5) and Childrens Support Assistants
- Ensure high-quality care delivery for children with complex health needs
- Collaborate with families for assessments and care planning
- Support team development and engage with research
- Manage staff performance and deputise for the House Manager when required
- Competitive salary up to £50,500 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
- 35 days holiday (inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays)

- Essential experience as a Paediatric Nurse
