Our client, a leading UK charity dedicated to supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse for the Senior Registered Nurse role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that provides exceptional care to children and young people with complex health needs. Role Overview: As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
  • Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses (Band 5) and Childrens Support Assistants
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery for children with complex health needs
  • Collaborate with families for assessments and care planning
  • Support team development and engage with research
  • Manage staff performance and deputise for the House Manager when required
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £50,500 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week (mixed shifts)
