ADHD Specialist Practitioner

We are seeking an ADHD Specialist Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care for adults diagnosed with or suspected of having ADHD. This remote role requires a dedicated professional capable of conducting comprehensive assessments, managing pharmacological treatments, and providing ongoing support and reviews within a virtual care setting.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assessment: Conduct remote consultations using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools to determine ADHD diagnoses.
  • Management: Initiate and titrate ADHD medication in accordance with national guidelines.
  • Review: Conduct holistic reviews of patients to assess treatment efficacy and safety, and determine the need for additional support or referrals.
  • Support: Provide specialist advice and guidance to patients throughout their ADHD journey.
  • Collaboration: Work with primary care services and partner organisations to ensure seamless patient care and support shared care arrangements.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development of service initiatives and engage with clinical governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ADHD assessment and management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Strong background in using digital tools for remote consultations.
