Project Assistant - 28,000 to 31,000 OTE DOE - Hybrid
TQR Exeter are proud to partnera manufacturing company close to Cullompton, Devon.
We seek an Assistant with strong organisation and diary management skills and a confident and professional telephone manner. You will form part of a team and guidance will be offered.
- Salary 25,000 to 28,000 (depending on experience).

What will you be doing?
- You are the first point of contact for any product related queries from our customers and approved distributors and project team.
- Within the team, you will support with all of their enquires, whether this be advising customers on product identification and suitability, price enquiries, stock availability and delivery queries, the team are there to support.
- Once the customer places an order, the Customer Support Team isthen required to process these orders on our internal bespoke system, and they remain responsible throughout the process until the invoices are paid.
As this role supports the customers from start to finish the role will also require you to investigate customer invoice queries, including late deliveries, missing parts, and incorrect orders as well as process customer returns, log onto system, and ensure credits are issued accordingly
We will welcome applications from all who are confident telephone communicators with strong organisational diary managerial skills.
A driving licence and the use of your own vehicle are a must-have.
