Site Coordinator:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to join our team in Cumnock. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site, supporting both our project team and subcontractors. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive working environment, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day site operations.
We can pay outside IR35Key Responsibilities:
- Driver of personnel welfare on site, ensuring an efficient working environment
- Liaising with local vendors as relevant e.g. cleaning company, security, waste management company
- Ensuring adequate availability of office/site/canteen supplies on site
- Help with setting up and maintaining agreements for apartments, rental house, hotels (if required)
- Assisting with uploads to SharePoint, e.g. filling of documents in specific SharePoint areas
- Admin in relation to site related purchases (e.g. scanning delivery notes to Project Coordinator)
- Keeping record of project staff (Inc. subcontractors) hours worked and logging holidays and sickness
- Assist Site manager and HSE with Permit of Works process, including Set to Work Briefings and RAMS (Risk
- Assessment Method Statements) review.
- Open permits at the start of the shift and close them at the end of the shift and control the RAMS Tracker
- Coordinating, welcoming and introducing visitors
- Support warehouse with control waste and COSH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) waste registor.
- Event planning e.g. arranging a team building event
- Relevant ad hoc tasks
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Min. 2 years in an administrative position.
- Experience in SAP
- Experience with turbine operations
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in computer skills.
