Our leading Cupar based client require an Administrator to join their busy team to cover holidays and absence for a 4 week period.
Your key duties will be:
- Answering and transferring calls
- General administration work
- Basic account/purchase order duties if required
You must have the following key skills and experience:
- Strong administration experience in an office environment using Microsoft office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The confidence to answer and direct calls
- Experience using an accounts package would advantageous but not essential i.e XERO
The role requires you to start immediately and the ours will be Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
You will receive an hourly rate of 11.50ph PAYE .
