Are you a highly organised individual with strong administration skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, a reputable company based in Cupar, is currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support their team. This temporary position, lasting around 5 weeks, is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for someone to join the team with an immediate start and pay is open to negotiations depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data and information to their systems
  • Answering telephone calls and transferring to the appropriate person or team
  • Supporting other departments and colleagues with additional tasks and duties as required
  • Handling ad hoc office duties, including updating records, filing, and ordering office stationery
  • Providing support to the accounts team

Skills:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience using XERO is beneficial however not essential.
