Job description
First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a CNC Machine Operator to join an established and growing company in the Fife region.
What's on Offer:
- A straight to permanent role.
- A £13-17/hr basic rate.
- A 40hr work week.
- Dayshift pattern
- Rotational shift
- OT rate of 1.5X
- The opportunity to work in a CNC environment and progress
- There are 2 vacancies for this role, one is for weekday shifts, one is for weekend shifts
This role will require you to lead and successfully deliver product introduction and continuous improvement projects, that optimise and enhance commercial success for the business, and provide the greatest satisfaction to customers.
Essential skills, experience and knowledge:
The successful candidate must:
- Have prior experience in a manufacturing/production/engineering environment
- Have prior experience in operating a CNC machine
- Be able to operate a lathe
