Deputy ManagerSt Andrews£26 - £28 per hourResponsibilities* Use management and leadership experience to work with other care home staff to ensure highest standards of care are delivered at all times.* Have an inclusive approach with residents, their families and other care staff to ensure all care objectives are met.* Support with the continuous development of junior staff.* Encourage a motivated working environment to ensure all staff feel supported in delivering best practice of care.* Support the Home Manager with operational functions of the home. * Support the Home Manager in ensuring NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards are met.Requirements * Registered nurse with active NMC Pin* Unit Manager experience in a care home setting for older people* Strong management and leadership abilities* A passion for providing top quality care* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team* Experience in supporting and developing junior staff
