Pay: Depending on Experience
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Your duties as a Director of Sales will include…
- Creating and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team, while developing the existing MICE team.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients while hunting for new business.
- Representing the hotel at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team.
What we are looking for in a Director of Sales…
- An individual who is sales driven.
- Due to the nature of the business, you must have a background in 5 star hotels.
- Must come from a sales background.
- Someone who can self start but also work well in a team.
- Knowledge of high-level sales strategies, especially in the luxury market.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed goals, while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Current experience and contacts within MICE markets are required.
