Proven leadership experience in an operations function,

Preferably within FMCG/bottling/spirits industry with budgetary function responsibility.

Experience using continuous improvement tools (5S, Autonomous Maintenance).

A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Experience in the whisky industry (bottling and storage) is a plus!
